JD Townsend is a top producer with over 18 years sales and marketing experience. He has a proven track record with award winning customer service. After a few years of supervising and managing the buildings of  homes for Infinity Homes, Jd felt he could better serve his clients if he ventured out on his own.  

 

JD is also an Honorably discharged Veteran who is an active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars service organization. He is also a member of Shriners International a charitable organization which provides support to non profit hospitals for children.

 

Most important of all he is husband to Karen and father of two beautiful children Cooper and Caroline. He also has several qualified licensed agents capable handling even the most opportunistic clients needs and wants.

James is an exceptional part of our team. As a Superintendent, he manages the construction of multiple homes at once while ensuring every project stays organized, on schedule, and built to the highest standards. James is the person who keeps everything running smoothly on the job site. coordinating crews, overseeing quality, and making sure every detail is done right.

With several years of experience in the home building, team leadership, and customer relations, James brings a strong combination of technical knowledge and clear communication to every project. His ability to manage complex builds while maintaining quality craftsmanship makes him a key part of delivering homes our clients can trust.

Designer John Schneringer has been doing home architecture for nearly 25 years. After attending College John went to work for an international engineering firm designing foundations for a wide variety of structures. 

 

Over his 20 years in the engineering field John worked his way up to manager and eventually foundation department director of one of the largest residential engineering firms in the USA. 

 

While working in the engineering field John continued to offer his architectural services primarily for custom homes. 

 

Today John has advanced to using 3d design software to provide high quality architectural plans using his experience, ability and talent full time.
